My name is Tammy McDonald Steptoe. I was raised in Shelby County, having graduated high school at Shelbyville in 1979. I obtained my real estate sales license in 1984, and began selling property on a full time basis in 1989. I worked for Century 21 for 10 years and for an independent company for approximately 9-1/2 years. I obtained my broker’s license in May 2008, and decided in June 2009 to open my office.
Kimberly Goodman, agent, has been selling property for over 25 years, and also has many years of finance expertise. She has sold property in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. She was also raised in Shelby County, and later moved to the Carolina’s and then came back “home”.
Our philosophy is to treat folks the way we want to be treated. We feel that if we “go the extra mile” for people, they will appreciate it and remember us the next time they need a realtor. We strive to do our best with each transaction we handle, because we want the end result to be happy clients and customers.
